The Home Service itself is free of charge – you only pay a mileage allowance of €0.40 net per kilometre. The distance is calculated from our Hamburg headquarters (Brook 9, 20457 Hamburg) to your location. If you decide to purchase a rug, we will cover the full transport costs.

When arranging the appointment, we discuss your wishes in detail: room size, colour preferences, interior style and budget. Based on this information, our experts select up to three suitable rugs from our range. This saves you time and ensures you only see relevant options.

No, once a purchase has been concluded as part of the Home Service, returns are excluded. For this reason, we advise you in a particularly thorough and honest manner on-site. You have the opportunity to experience the rugs in your familiar surroundings and make a well-informed decision before committing to a purchase.

Our Home Service is available throughout Germany. Whether Hamburg, Munich, Berlin, Cologne or any other city in Germany – we come to you. The journey is charged at €0.40 net per kilometre, calculated from our Hamburg headquarters to your location.
