This classic Ardebil carpet is made of 100% virgin sheep's wool and has been carefully hand-knotted according to tradition. They are knotted in the province of Azerbaijan in north-western Persia. Their knotting, their unique colour combinations as well as their different wool distinguish these carpets from others. These carpets are thin, hard-wearing and rustic in pattern.
