Alternative Dispute Resolution according to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR-VO and § 36 VSBG:
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
The Online Dispute Resolution platform was established in response to specific EU legislation. This platform is designed to ensure the safety and fairness of online shopping. Furthermore, it ensures that online shoppers have access to quality tools for dispute resolution. This platform also obliges all online retailers and traders in the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Norway to easily accessible links to the Online Dispute Resolution platform. This means that all online retailers and traders in this region must also provide easy communication platforms. These include emails and contacts information on their platform on their websites. Additionally, they must comply with consumer rights.
After contacting the platform, the trader will receive a notification of the request to communicate. You will be allowed to have direct exchanges to resolve the issue. However, if this does not work, the dispute resolution body will come in. The body will help both parties resolve without going to court or spending too much money. It is also worth mentioning that online traders and retailers can also report complaints against consumers through the platform. Therefore, it is not only designed to assist consumers.
Therefore, if you experience any challenges with our services and platform, you can contact the EU Online Dispute Resolution by the European Commission for out-of-court dispute settling.
In addition, we are prepared to participate in an out-of-court conciliation procedure.
